What's New 

Document status indicators on the trial balance (Essential) 

 The trial balance now includes a "Docs" column showing colour-coded traffic light indicators for each nominal code. These give you an at-a-glance view of the status of attached supporting documents — red for not started, amber for in progress, and green for completed. Clicking an active indicator expands the row to show the associated documents.

Move supporting documents between nominal codes (Essential) 

 You can now reassign a supporting document to a different nominal code directly from the trial balance. Use the "Move" option in the document's menu to select the correct nominal from a list. This is useful if a document has been uploaded under the wrong code.
