What's New

Planning Lockdown

Control when your team can access different sections of audit files with our new Planning Lockdown feature. You can now ensure that planning work is completed before other audit areas are accessed, helping maintain audit quality and workflow discipline.

How it works:

• Designate folders as "Planning" or "Planning Accessible" in both Prophet templates and custom firm templates
• Set your firm's lockdown level to High (requires confirmation and mandatory reason), Medium (optional override), or Off
• When Planning Lockdown is active, planning folders appear green and accessible, while other folders remain visible but greyed out until planning is complete or overridden
• All override actions are automatically logged in the Activity Feed with timestamps and reasons provided
• Continue using essential tools like Review Points, Journals, and Trial Balance, even while planning folders are locked
• Copy workpapers and folders into files without affecting the lockdown status
• Create new folders during file work and designate them as planning-related

This optional feature gives you flexibility in how strictly you want to enforce planning completion across your firm.

Enhanced Support Access

We've introduced Forethought, an AI-powered chatbot that provides instant answers to your MyWorkpapers questions. Access it via the new chat icon at the top of any page to get immediate help with common queries and guidance on using features. Forethought replaces AMY, our previous chatbot—thank you, AMY, for your service!
