Group Planning & Client Management

Manage Corporate Group Structures

You can now track and visualise parent/subsidiary relationships between your clients. A new "Groups" tab on the client page lets you:

• Link clients as parents or subsidiaries
• View your corporate group structure in an easy-to-read diagram
• Navigate quickly between related clients with clickable links
• See exactly where each client sits within their corporate family

Improved Client Navigation

• Client names in your files are now clickable - click to jump straight to that client's details
• Added a "Client Details" button in the file menu for quick access
• Search for clients using their Client ID in the My Clients section

Streamlined Client Creation

• Creating a new client is now simpler - just enter the client name and you'll be taken directly to the client record to add the rest of their details.

Journal Entry Improvements

Create Journals from Anywhere

You no longer need to navigate to the journal page to create a journal entry. Simply:

• Click the new "Add a Journal" option in the Journal Entries dropdown
• Fill out your journal in a convenient pop-up window
• Close and continue working, or close and add another journal
• The journal automatically references the page you're working on

General Fixes

• Fixed "undefined" appearing when entering account codes in journals
• Fixed checkbox alignment issues throughout the system
• Fixed client query text displaying HTML code
• Fixed print view errors for users with 2FA app authentication enabled
