Your data is actually much safer in the cloud than on your computer. Your computer can be stolen or corrupted quite easily, but we have invested a great amount of time and money to ensure we have the systems and experts in place to protect your data.

Security Recommendations

• It is highly recommended for all new staff to change their password upon initial login for security purposes
• We require that your password should be at least 13 characters long and include a mixture of capital and lower case characters, at least one number and one special character.
• Passwords should be changed at least every 90 days
• Do not ever share your password with anyone
• If you ever believe someone knows your password, change it immediately
• Do not use the same password for MyWorkpapers that you use for other accounts (e.g. firm logon, personal emails etc.)
