In this guide, we will take you through how to delete a client from your instance.
- Go to the Clients section
- Search for the name of your client using the search bar
- Click on your client and expand them
- Click the red remove button at the bottom of the section
Note: If you cannot see a red remove button, this will be due to File(s) being assigned to the client. These will need to either be deleted or re-allocated to another client. You can locate the files by clicking the "Files" tab within the client section. Please see below for links to deleting files and re-allocating files.
- Confirm the deletion of your client by click OK
- You have successfully deleted the client.
