In this guide, we will take you through how to remove accounts from the trial balance manually. 

1. Go to the Trial Balance Page;
2. Select the File Dropdown and select "Edit Mode"
3. Locate the account you want to remove
4. Ensure all columns in the Trial balance are changed to Zero (Interim, Intial, Prior Year)
5. Close Edit Mode
6. Go into Tools: > Select  "Remove all accounts with a Zero value"
7. This will remove this and any other account with no figures from the Trial Balan
