- Open the Folder and select the Workpaper by left-clicking on the Workpaper or the reference number.
- Identify the procedure or checklist item you wish to complete;
- Tick the Completed box to mark a procedure as completed OR select the appropriate Yes, No or N/A response on a checklist;
- The name and date of the individual who completed the procedure will now appear against the procedure.
- If needed you can amend the sign off date at any time.
