There may be times when you want to either renumber or rename a document or folder in the Working Paper Index. This is simple to do and the same process is applicable to any document or folder in the Working Paper Index.

To edit the reference and descriptions of a folder or document, simply:

1. Identify the folder or document which you want to edit the reference number or description of;
   
   
2. Hover over the folder or document description until the pen icon appears;
   
3. Click on the pen icon to open the folder or document edit mode;
   
   
4. Update the reference number and/or document description as required;
   
   
5. Click on the button to save changes made;
    
6. Your changes will be shown.
