At any point during your audit or during the recording of a journal entry you can either delete a specific account selected in the journal or delete the entire journal.

Deleting Specific Accounts from a Journal Entry

1. In the Journal Entries screen, identify the journal and the account you wish to delete;
2. Hover your mouse over the Account Name to reveal the red deletion cross;
   
   
3. Click on the deletion cross;
4. On the pop up menu, select OK to proceed with the deletion of the account.

Deleting an Entire Journal Entry

In the Journal Entries screen, identify the journal you wish to delete:

1. Locate and click the delete button on the top right hand corner of the journal;

   

    

2. Click OK on the pop up menu to proceed with the deletion of the entire journal.
