To access the General Ledger;

1. From within the client file, click on the Trial Balance dropdown and select General Ledger;

2. The general ledger transactions will be displayed;

3. From the top of the page, you can filter the General Ledger by the following;

- Account Code

- Account Name

- Transaction ID

- Transaction Date

- Transaction Description

- Transaction Type

4. You can drill down into the final figures displayed on the Trial Balance. This will display the general ledger transactions. Click on the blue hyperlinked values within your Trial Balance;

5. The general ledger transactions will be displayed, with the filters already pre-populated for the Trial Balance item you selected;
