Once you have edited an Accounting Structure in a client file you can save the Accounting Structure template to then apply this to other client files. The saved Accounting Structure templates can be accessed from the Accounting Structure module. 

To save an Accounting Structure simply;

1. Open the client file you want to save the Accounting Structure from;
2. Select the Trial Balance button;

3. Select the Tools button and choose the Save Accounting Structure option from the dropdown;

4. To save as a new template select the first option from the dropdown list after selecting the Accounting Structure;

5. Type in the new Accounting Structure name and select save. This will be stored in the Accounting Structure module which can be accessed from the dashboard;

6. If you want to save over an existing Accounting Structure template you have previously saved select the name of the template you want to replace from the Save Accounting Structure dropdown menu;

7. Select OK to the message which advises overwriting existing Accounting Structure templates will lose the existing mapping.

WARNING: You will lose the existing Accounting Structure if you save over an existing Accounting Structure Template. However the changes to the existing Account Structure Template will only apply going forward, any client files mapped to previous versions of Accounting Structure templates will not display the new changes.
