If this guide we are going to cover how to select a new accounting structure if an incorrect one was initially selected. If we do not follow these steps, you will run the risk of adding duplications to your file, which we want to avoid.

Before applying a new accounting structure, we need to ensure we remove the currently selected one, to avoid these problems. 

To do this, go into the tools option within your trial balance and select to the option to Clear mapping (reset accounting structure);

You trial balance should then return to highlighted pink with no ability to select a lead schedule manually.

You can now return back to tools and select the new accounting structure required.

N.B - You must repeat this process of removing the accounting structure every time you want to apply a new accounting structure.
