Users may want to create similar Accounting Structures. Rather than having to rebuild each accounting structure individually, users can duplicate accounting structures and then edit as necessary.

To duplicate an Accounting Structure simply;

1. Ensure you are in the Accounting Structure module;
   
    
2. Hover towards the right of the accounting structure you want to duplicate until you see the highlighted icon below. Select the icon and a message will display that the Accounting Structure has successfully duplicated;
   
   

3. Select OK on the message;

4. The duplicated accounting structure will appear at the bottom of the list with copy at the end of the original name.
