MPORTANT: this article assumes that the Class Super Administrator has setup the required Report Packages in Class. For more information see Class Super (Zip File): Administrators guide to setting up Report Packages

In order to import the Class Trial Balance and Reports into MyWorkpapers via a Zip file, a Reports Package must be exported from Class Super.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Using your Auditor account, log into Class Super

2. Select the appropriate Fund
   

3. Go to “Reports > Run Report Package”
   

4. There should be a Report Package named "MWP TB and Reports Export" in the left-hand "Report Packages" list. Note: you and your administrator may have agreed on a different name for this report package.

5. If you cannot find the required package speak to your administrator and ensure that they have followed the Class Super (Zip File): Administrators guide to setting up Report Packages.
6. Select the "MWP TB and Reports Export" package
7. If you know that the Report Package is setup as needed you can skip the following steps and jump directly to step 12 and run the Report Package.
8. (Optional) If you want to review or adjust the contents of the report pack, click on “Manage”
   
9. Select the relevant reports and click "OK"
   
   Please note: To import the fund's trial balance into MyWorkpapers, the “Trial Balance” report must be added to the package.
10. To check that the trial balance is NOT set to a summary level click on the “Reports” tab, select the "Trial Balance" report.
    1. Under the Report Parameters, the "Summary" setting should be set to "No".
       IMPORTANT: If the "Summary" setting is set to "Yes" then you WILL NOT be able to import this trial balance. You will need to ask the Class Super administrator to correct this as per the Class Super (Zip File): Administrators guide to setting up Report Packages.
       
11. Click the "Run" button.
12. A Pop-up will display, select the appropriate reporting period and hit the "Run" button
    

13. You can wait for the Report Package to complete or you can come back later and click on the "History" tab. The status field will change from "In Progress" to "Successful" when the package has completed.  

14. Once the Report Package run is complete, select the package and click on the download icon - this will download the zip file ready for you to import into MyWorkpapers.
