Once the trial balance has been imported a list of reports that are available will display. It is not until the report has been sent to the Working Paper Index that the report is generated from Class or Simplefund 360. See Sending Reports to the Working Paper Index for more information.

If a report has been sent to the Working Paper Index a workpaper reference, the Folder and the date of import will display next to the report.

If changes are made to the accounts in Class or Simplefund 360 after you have commenced your work you will need to Refresh the Reports.

1. Open the Report Pack from the Working Paper Index;
    
2. Select Refresh Reports;
   
3. Select Continue;
   
   
4. You can now send new versions of the reports to the Working Paper Index. See Sending Reports to the Working Paper Index.

Please note: All reports sent to the Working Paper Index previously will not be changed in any way. The reports that are sent to the Working Paper Index are always the latest version at the time they are sent. 

Please note: To download all reports sent to the Working Paper Index previously you will have to access them from the Working Paper Index. Also you cannot override reports already sent to the Working Paper Index. You will have to delete previous/superseded versions and re-send to the Working Paper Index.
