To search for a file already created, simply:

1. Access the My Files page from the top navigation bar by clicking on My Files not the drop down menu;
   
2. Type in the name of the client in the search box;
   
3. Select a single or multiple search filters as appropriate, including whether the file has been archived (locked down), the file type and the specific financial year end;
   
4. Click on the search icon;
   
    
5. Select the appropriate client file from the search results, taking note of the financial year end of the search results displayed;
   
   
6. The details of the selected file will appear on the right hand side of the screen.
   
   
   
    

Tips and tricks:  You do not need to use the search filters, just type the client name and hit the enter key on your keyboard. Also, you do not need to type in the full name of the client, only an identifiable portion.
