How to Access the Workflow Manager

If you have subscribed for the Workflow Manager module it can be accessed from the drop-down menu on the Dashboard. An unfiltered list of all files created in the firm will now display:

1. To access the Roles and Permissions for Workflow Manager click on Workflow Manager:
   
2. The permissions for 'View the Workflow Manager' and 'Update the Workflow Manager' can be set at a firm level for engagement team member roles:
   
3. The Workflow Manager will only display files that the staff member has been assigned as an engagement team member unless the team member or firm administrator has access to 'View All Files':
