Suspending, deleting, and activating users 

This guide will be focusing on how you can suspend, activate and delete users from within your MyWorkpapers account. 

Suspending and Activating  

There may be a time when you will be required to suspend a user from MyWorkpapers. Below are steps on how you can do this: 

1. Go to the User Access section;
2. Identify the user that you wish to suspend.
3. Hover over the user and click the suspend button to complete the action. 

       4. You have successfully completed the suspension of this account.  

Once the account is suspended, you can recover it by re-activating it. You will once again follow the above process, however, rather than your actions showing Suspend against this user, it will now show Activate.  

Deleting a User 

When an employee leaves your firm, you may be inclined to remove them from the system as soon as possible. The status of a user will not impact your ability to delete them. (Suspended or Activated) 

To delete a user, please follow the below steps. 

1. Go to the User Access section;
2. Identify the user that you wish to suspend.
3. Hover over the user and click the delete button.  

 You will be prompted with confirmation that you wish to delete this user. 

      4. You have successfully deleted a user from the system 

Note; 

Once a user has been deleted, you will be unable to recover them. If the user requires access to the system again, you will need to add them as a new user. For more information on adding new users, please click here 

Please also note that deleting a user only removes their ability to log in and does not remove any work or sign-offs that they have previously done on the system.
