From the Help Centre homepage, you will notice a support icon in the bottom right corner.
Select this and enter your question into the text box:
Our Chatbox will then try to answer your questions with the necessary steps.
If the Chatbox was unable to answer your question, select that you need more help:
Enter your details, then press send
Enter the subject and a brief explanation of the issue, then press send:
You will then be directed to Live Chat. Just so you know, if outside our opening hours, a ticket will be turned in instead.
