Location of the Notify Button
The Notify button makes it simple for Administrators to let the firm know when they’ve taken action on queries within a fund. You’ll see the Notify button in two places on the fund page, at the top as well as the bottom.
Both buttons work in exactly the same way, so you can notify the firm no matter where you are on the page.
When the Notify Button is Active / Inactive
Alongside the button, you’ll notice a message that tells you how many queries are set to Ready to Notify, This message only appears when there are queries ready to notify.
For example:
If there aren’t any, the button will be greyed out and the message will be hidden.

Sending a Notification
When ready:
Click the Notify button (either at the top or bottom of the fund page).
The firm will be immediately notified of the action you’ve taken.
If there are no more items ready to notify, the button will automatically switch back to greyed out, and the message will disappear.
Queries With Auditor
Once all queries in a fund have been answered and you’ve notified the firm:
The fund will automatically move to the Queries With Auditor section.
The status will update to Notified.
From there, the fund will continue to move through the workflow:
