To fully optimise the functionalities of the SMSF dashboard and enhance the efficiency of SMSF audit workflow management, we have created the Administrator Statuses within the SMSF Dashboard
Administrator Statuses
Within the SMSF Dashboard, the Administrator will see the following statuses depending on the status of the open queries within the fund.
Initially, the Administrator will see:
Awaiting Response - This will appear for all open queries until the query is either resolved or deleted by the Auditor
To Be Acknowledged - This is for any ‘No Response Required’ messages and will appear until acknowledged by the Administrator
Acknowledged - This is for any ‘No Response Required’ messages that have been set to Acknowledged by the Administrator
Ready to Notify - This would be for when the Administrator has actioned points and selected the submit option from the dropdown
Notified - Is the status that would be shown when the Administrator selects either:
Submit and notify from the dropdown menu
Clicking the notify button currently at the bottom of the page, and the status is set to ready for notify
Resolved - This will be triggered by the Auditor resolving the query from within the A1 External Firm Portal
Responding To Queries
The Administrator can respond to each query by typing their response and selecting one of the following options:
Submit - This saves the text within the response comment box and will also trigger the status to be marked as Ready to notify
Submit and Notify - This will submit the text response into the response column and then send a notification to the Auditor
Acknowledged - This is used for any ‘No Response Required’ messages, so that the Administrator can acknowledge it and then continue with the rest of the fund
