A2 Summary of Breaches

  1. The A2 Summary of Breaches workpaper summarises all 'no' responses that have been indicated in the A1 Assessment of Compliance workpaper;

  2. The A2 Summary of Breaches is designed to assist the Engagement Partner when reviewing the file. Rather than reviewing each procedure in the A1 Assessment of Compliance, the Reviewer can see a summary of all the issues on the file. Any changes to responses or comments made in A2 Summary of Breaches are live changes and will update in A1 Assessment of Compliance;
  3. If the Reviewer marks Completed in A2 Summary of Breaches this will also mark A1 Assessment of Compliance as Completed;
