Each template in the manage templates module can either be set as:
| Draft | This is the status of the template which should be used when the template is in development / being customised for your firm. Templates set as draft are not able to be accessed from the Create New Engagement File menu. |
| Released | Released templates are templates that have been finalised and are ready for use by the firm. Setting a template to released will make it accessible from the Create New Engagement File menu. |
| Archived | Archived templates are no longer able to be accessed from the Create New Engagement File menu but remain in the template library for later use if required. |
To change the status of a template, simply:
- Ensure you are in the Manage Templates module;
- Locate the template which you want to change the status of;
- From the dropdown menu, select the appropriate status for the template.
To show archived templates, you will need to tick the "Show Archived Templates" option in the top right hand corner of the page;
