Sign-off roles can be edited for each file and set for each of your firm templates. For instructions on accessing the edit sign-off roles within a file see our help centre here:

1. From Dashboard select Manage Templates;
   
2. Select the template you wish to assign custom sign-off roles for;
   
   
3. Select Template and edit sign-off roles;
   
   
4. Edit sign-off roles;
   
5. Select Close.
