To access outstanding open queries within a file, the administrator must click on the relevant file name. From there, they can respond to queries or upload the documents requested by the auditor.
Responding to Queries
Enter your response directly into the reply box and click Reply. Your response will be instantly visible to the auditor within the audit file.
Upload Documents Requested By Your Auditor
To begin, click the Upload button located on the right-hand side of the page. This will open a pop-up window.
Once the pop-up has loaded, you can upload documents for your auditor by either dragging and dropping them into the designated area marked "Drag & Drop your files or Browse," or by selecting files directly from your device. MyWorkpapers supports bulk uploads, allowing you to upload multiple documents simultaneously.
Finalising Document Upload
A green status bar will appear to confirm the files are ready for upload. If desired, you may enter an optional reference before clicking Upload All to complete the process and add the documents to the audit file.
If a document appears with a red band, it indicates that the file is ineligible for upload.
Notifying The Auditor Of Your Query Responses
