No Response Required

To ensure messages are displayed within the SMSF Dashboard, you must first create a file using the SMSF File Templates (AU) and link it to the appropriate external firm.

Once the file is established, proceed to create a "Message" with the type "No Response Required" within the workpaper referenced A1 – External Firm Portal.

'No Response Required' Messages will appear on the SMSF Dashboard, but not as an open query; they will be visible only at the most detailed (drill-down) level of the file., and an email will still be sent to the administrator informing them of the message

Note: As no response is expected from the 'No Response Required' message type, they will automatically be resolved.
