MyWorkpapers Muti firm access allows users with the same account in multiple firms, quick access, and navigation between firms. 

Notes: For Multi Firm access to work for your user role you must be set up in more than a single MyWorkpapers account with the same email. If you require to gain access to a firm that does not show on your listing then please discuss this with the firm your access is required to set you up as a new user.

How to use:

To change between firms you will now see when logged into MyWorkpapers if you are part of more than one account a drop-down next to the name of the firm you have accessed. Clicking the drop-down will show a list of all firms your email has been set up within and should you wish to shift between firms simply click the firm you wish to access. Once clicked you will be logged into the firm you have requested if you have an active account and taken to the firm's dashboard.

Tips and Tricks:

1. The multi firm drop-down will only show if your email has been added to more than one firm.

2. When accessing a firm you have to and accessing the firm will replicate the role and permission you have been given within that firm.

3. If you have been disabled in the firm the name will show but you will not be able to access the firm and a message will show your account is disabled. Please contact the firm should you need to be activated as they will need to activate your user in the firm to allow access.

4. If a firm disappears from your drop-down then your user has been deleted from the firm and you will not be able to access the firm unless you are readded back to the firm.

5. If the firm has imposed 2FA within their account you will be prompted to have to add your 2FA code to access depending on the firm's 2FA setup.
